Tina and I testified for the transition specialist bill. I felt happier when Tina testified, since she went first. I also felt happy that there were three people there who are Ryan (on the board and was a volunteer in a social group with me), Amanda Green (on the staff and knows my dad) and Anne (a neighbor of Ned’s (one of my best friends) who also knows my mom). But I was the most happy when that the bill got passed. Lastly to make things better is that Ruth (who is the board and talked with Julia) and the board singled me out and the commissioner told me to get a job in politics.
I practiced my testimony in my own office which I learned to be quiet. Then I tried to practice in Jerry’s office, but I only had time to load the computer up. Then I practiced it in the conference room with Tiff and Julia. I feel like I am ready to nail it!
I did that darn data base. I did about 10 entries. I am still finding it challenging. First the writing is hard to read. Also, some people do not put in all of their information and some are work places. If they are work places there is no voting district, so then I have to put all information in for nothing. Lastly I type by one hand, so it slower for me and the data base screws up the Senator and Rep. I feel like this project is my best!
